Teachers
As facilitators, our teachers create opportunities to nurture and develop children natural abilities as they play, learn, work together and grow. They are always responsive to their growing and active young children speaking to them warmly and directly to promote adequate interactive skills as good role models. They also share, listen and set personal boundaries to make sure that children’s feelings are heard and count.
Our Teachers take advantage of their stimulating playrooms to inspire children to imagine, explore and make independent choices, to think critically, analyze and use information for making decisions, to find creative solutions to problems and to develop independence.
Teachers observe and record their children’s interests and patterns of learning, identify particular needs and design the strategies that enable all children to make progress with personalized attention. Holding each child throughout every stage of development with an effective support and helping them to become successful learners and confident individuals is a priority for making a positive difference in their lives. That’s why teachers create partnerships with families and build opportunities for interactive and cooperative, in and out the playroom, to involve them in their children's quest to succeed.
