The Director and the Academic Manager are curriculum specialists and educational leaders who assemble the expertise and the talent of the entire staff members, drive the continuous motivation and performance and monitor the work throughout the center in a safe, healthy, and proactive learning environment.
They bring support while promoting teamwork to develop a strong professional culture for the best possible teaching and learning dynamics align with the vision and mission of the imagination factory.
The Lead Team works very close not only with the iteam but with every family bringing individual support on their journey as parents. Sensitive to individual circumstances they create personalized and appropriate guidance and provide effective strategies during key transition stages.
Our support team is composed by our administrative, nutritional, psychologist and maintenance personnel and all those people that implement efficient and convenient assistance with a commitment for high-quality education. This team is involved in every aspect of learning, providing the teachers and families the necessary support that will allow them to offer the best practices and superior customer service to children and parents.
